set top box is not working and raised issue with local customer service centre 6 -7 days ago. They told that we have ordered setup box and it has already been despatched but till today they have not received nor my problem get solved.
In this superfast life replacement of set top box takes 6-7 days that also from airtel is unimaginable Even customer service centre not providing standby set top box till they receive new one is really not good for brand of airtel
