Last year October 2021 I opted to upgrade my broadband plan from 450 for 40mbps to 999 for 200mbps because. Since November they started charging me 1178 including tax for 999 plan for 200mpbs which never got upgraded because in my area there is no fiber network cable. Even though airtel knows they can’t give 200mbps speed to my area but still they charged me for the same speed since one year. I’m paying extra amount and got cheated from airtel this info was provided to me by their own field engineer thanks to him. I want my full extra amount back which I have been paying them since one year.
