My name is dr raman handa. I am a platinum customer of airtel. I have been frequently using the international roaming pack of airtel for more then 2 years on my 2 numbers 9825352063 and 8128422822.
I had activated international roaming packs of rs.3999 on 6/3/2020 and 9/3/2020 on the above numbers respectively.
On 11/3/2020 airtel suddenly stopped all my services. I am in USA in Seattle which is a corona infested place.i could not even contact my family members or anyone i got stranded without my phone and had to suffer a lot of difficulty.
I got lost in the middle of nowhere as i had no data .i could not even communicate with my emergency patients in india.my flight to india got canceled, and i could not even contact the airline.
I pleaded 3 times by calling airtel helpline to start my services but the staff was very uncooperative, ruthless and malicious. You can hear their recorded conversation which even i have.the staff names are ms menaz,rupriya shah,adil,etc.
My concern was that why my bill has not got generated in the 9th of march.to which they had no answer.
I have never defaulted with any of my bill payment till date.
I am planning to file a case against airtel for causing unnecessary trouble and inconvenience to me .
