I had purchased an Oppo F17 mobile phone last week from amazon shopping. I had communicated with Amazon executive that the power charging of the phone is not functioning well and I want to get it cleared at the earliest. They told me that one service technician will come and inspect my phone. Initially, they told me that 25th august is the date for the mobile phone service inspection and later they had changed or rescheduled it to 28th august without my consent or by a proper intimation. Then I had waited for 28th and for this visit, I had received several emails regarding it. They had changed the name of the representative two times also.
Now 28th aug, around 1pm , I just got a mail that the visit has been cancelled due to bad weather. You should note that in Kochi, there are no bad weather conditions today, its being confirmed. As you sent me the confirmation mail regarding the visit and it has been scheduled at 10am to 2pm, I was cancelled all my commitments and just waited from 10 am to now here in my location for the service technician.
Meanwhile many times I had communicated with the executive of amazon, but their interactions were not professional and found to be not satisfactory. They are just with rude behaviour and I feel like just telling something without having sincere approach.
In my case this is how many times cancelled the visit?
And after cancelled this visit by amazon only, I got a message like if you reschedule, service tech will come, otherwise appointment will cancel and no one will attend your issue— is it the professional way of dealing an issue of a customer?
Its feel like very fake and I just lost the trust in Amazon shopping; I will share this feedback and my bad experience wit amazon to all my friends and colleagues.
