Sir I have recharged my DTH on 19 Sep 20 of ₹ 300/-. Post recharge my service to the DTH not resumed and the charges for the same of 19 & 20 sep has been deducted from the balance.
Request grievances may readdressed and the balance may be debited only post resuming of the services
