I have been using Two Airtel Camaras and as per their plans 7 days recording backup is available. From past 7 days Airtel XSafe recording videos are not not fully available into their backup neither recording properly. I have escalated this issue many times to their customer care (9860998609) also dropped email on (Xsafesupport@airtel.com), however they are providing the statement “Working on it” from past 7 days.
