They took 124000 from us for do dham yatra (kedarnath – badrinath) https hich included helicopter services (to and fro kedarnath), breakfast and dinner and accommodations.
We did not get any helicopter services, only got paid account in haridwar on day 1 and in guptkashi on day 2 for which we were asked to pay ourselves. No food was included and the agent Deepak Tomar won’t answer. He’s a fraud but a sweet talker until you hand him the money. After that he has all sorts of excuses for not getting things in order.
If it were just me and my husband, we won’t have booked an agent but since we were taken by our parents we wanted to spend more time with them instead of worrying about travel arrangements. That’s why we went through this travel agency through a recommendation.
But never trust them and beware of them. They are liars, cheats and frauds and won’t refund us no matter how many proofs we give them.
