I have booked flight via TRAVOLOOK from Pune to Cochin. After payment I have received a mail stating Flight booking In Progress. Then again I have received another mail stating my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. I have sent a mail to support@travollok.in and have called their tollfree number. Still I have not received any refund status or initiation mail from their end.
