Dear Consumer Team,

I just wanted to bring your notice the problem i faced from Mobile Network provider Airtel.

I was a valuable consumer of Airtel with the nuber 9844519896 from long time, recently i ported to another network.

While porting out, i have done a part payment as suggested by airtel in store in flow-rate basis. After a month of porting out from airtel, i received an SMS saying i have 570 rupees outstanding to be cleared which generated as last bill. After the message reminders, i received a call from Airtel backend team as they will send a link and i have to clear the payment through that as the number is already in active status so direct payment will not be accepted. I have waited for a day but i didn’t received any call. Then suddenly my all outgoing, internet services got blocked on mid night of 11th april stating the outstanding amount to be cleared.

I have paid the out standing amount on 12th April in nearest airtel store and submitted to current network provider to resume the services. Same has been resolved in 48 hours i.e. on 14th April 2021.

Again for the same reason, all my services like incoming, out going, SMS incoming and out going and internet services has been barred from yesterday i.e. 26th April 2021.

Am not able to receive an OTPs in this critical pandemic situation.

Kindly resolve this issue.
