Respected Sir/Madam,
With ref. to subject, I have activated International Roaming Pack for UAE on 29th Jun 2019 and paid deposit of Rs 6000 against the same. We requested activation date 3rd Jul 2019.
Attached receipt of the same from Idea Cellular.
It is being observed that the company Generated bill of 32 258.oo it saws international roaming charges.
We have provided all the evidences and proof to IDEA Cellular but till date the updation not done and mobile number is disconnected without intimation due to non resolving payment bill.
Expecting your action on immediate base since i have been suffering a lot as i’m sick and mobile network must have in working condition.
