I registered my child for JFW in the month of December 2021 and received an email that he was shortlisted. The show was scheduled for the month of Jan 2022 and it was done successfully. Then again I received an email regarding the Brand ambassador program from JWF. It stated that my child had been shortlisted again for this program and the one-time charges for this are 35000+18% tax. They were offering 6 services in this program so I made payment as I was interested. But till now from Jan 2022 they just provided 2 services (those also not wholly) and for the rest of the services, they say we are in the process. I have messaged them so many times and got a response that we are in process. Ms. Chetna from JWF committed a time frame of 6 months but till now nothing has been done. Now I want my money back as they are failed to fulfill their commitment. Kindly look into the matter.
