Tata Sky charged me for a service which their technician told is free for 3 months . But charge done to my tata sky account after 30 days that too without my approval when called and raise another amount charged for another service which is part of the service already charged. None of the call centre or social media team are helpful all just said we will take it as feedback which does not help. Without permission amount taken and on raising multiple requests no resolution and on top of that the social media team disconnected the call while talking . No value for customer at Tata Sky .
