I would like to bring this to your notice that, an outstanding amount of INR 108 under my previous service provider Airtel was paid on 5th Sept21 . When I ported my number from Airtel to Jio, it was mandatory for me to clear all outstanding bills and then proceed with the porting formalities. However today 16th Sept my outgoing has been barred.
I called up Jio customer care and was fortunate enough to speak to an executive who checked my records, but unable to activate as Airtel is not confirming back about no dues with Them.
With this kind of Mismanagement By AIRTEL. I need you to resume back my outgoing calls or at least have the courtesy to call me back and let me know where is the issue and how should this be resolved.
