i had paid the bill on 12feb 2025 of RS. 239 with no outstanding is pending and after few days (10-20days) they said you have pending outstanding amount of RS. 500 and i call in there customer care she said mam apne janaury ka bill pay kiya hai ab feburary ka bill hai apka….or on the othersie..mene bill alreay january ka clear krdia tha or feburary m koi outstanding pending nhi ke fr achanak pay pay krne ke kuch din baad 500+ ki outstanding pending show hori hai or fr enhone service bhi bnd krdi ….or ab mujhe RS.1037 ka bill show kr rhe hai last month ka or pending outstanding ka…jb meri last month enhone service bnd krdi hai fr bill kyu generate kr rhe hai ..mene service to use hi ni kiye hai or ek baar bill pay krne ke baad 10-20 din ka RS. 500+ bill kaise aa skta jbki mene khud bill pay kiya hai….or eh company ke customer care ko jb bhi call krke compalint krti hu vo bhut rude behave krti hai or puri baat sune bina call cut kr deti hai ….bhut batmeezi se baat krti hai vo….koi compalint ni sunta
