I raised a complaint with Airtel, on the month of Oct they closed the complaint without informing me, at that time I stopped my bill payment, they barred my services so I paid full amount along with penalty, and I raised a complaint on Dec 12th 2020 the timeline for the resolution of that complaint is 21st of Dec 2020, but till now I didn’t get any update on this so again I stopped my bill payment again they blocked my services so I asked them to unblock my services they asked me to make payment I refused to do that everytime am facing the same issue with Airtel. Am attaching the screenshot of Complaint no. I want to proceed by filing complaint in consumer rites.
