Text of Complaint by RAJA JAIN:

Idea cellular has abruptly stopped my services and asking me to do a recharge of at least 35 INR per month for 28 days in order to keep using the outgoing services. The problem is that I already have an account balance of about 107 INR. Now, I unable to use my account balance. All my other accounts are linked to this mobile no and thus I am unable to use other services as well. I purchased this sim in 2015 with lifetime validity but now they have changed it abruptly.
