I had purchase a one plus tv in Amazon ,but tv is defective — in display coloured red and blue , so I want to decides repay or refund , but in Amazon employees told me here not a available same tv so u can refund i appreciated and confirm refund but in refund time , i can’t doing uninstall my tv so I called in our area’s technician but those full of effort can’t help me , so I request Amazon please send any technician to uninstall my tv but they refuse my requests and told me that our service only installation not a uninstall ,, this is your problem not our probLame … So what I do that not fully serviceable service in Amazon i want to refund my money not more than that
