Hi,

Recently I had re-activated my tata sky connection on 25th December. I waited for more than an hour or so to check if tata sky connection is restored. However when issue persisted, I logged the ticket with Tata Sky. Customer care given my assurance that this will be resolved asap. Since 25th I am keep calling tata sky and I only get assurance but not the resolution. Their technical team doesn’t even call me back despite of number of escalations that when they will attend my issue. I have to call them each day to check the status. I am experiencing very poor service from Tata Sky. This is 5th day and problem still persists.

It takes lots of my time chasing them and they always give me false assurance.
