Hi Support Team,
I would like to inform you that I purchased MI 4C Pro 32 Inch TV offline on 19th feb 2023 and my product is under warranty.Still I am not getting any support from the company to fix the issue of my TV.
I have attached the TV issue and invoice of the product for your reference.

Issue Detail : When we turn on the TV, some RGB colors(Red,Green,Yellow) start blinking on the screen and most of the time scrollbar in the TV automatically starts moving downwards.
Executive visited: Customer executive visited, recorded the issue and said that some parts will have to be replaced and we will have to get it from the company.
Service center Response : Service center team closed my ticket after two-three days without giving any reason to me.

Toll Free Number Experience : I dialed the toll free number 1800 103 6286 and shared the issue details and they said that we have noted your issue and generated a New ticket no but till now I haven’t received any ticket no.
