This is in order to inform you that my excitel broadband connection was terminated on 5 Aug 2022 by Excitel stating services are discontinued in area. 7 days recharge was still left. Router was collected on 5 Aug 2022 and I was told money will be refunded in 15-30 days. Now it’s been more than 30 days still no refund for the security deposit i.e 2000rs and a week refund for prepaid recharge. When I’m trying to connect customer care on chat they keep on giving robotic replies and close the chat when asked to connect with senior same is with the calling customer support they transfer the call to number which keeps you on waiting for hours and then automatically disconnects. It’s been a complete harassment to me and the worst customer support. They collected the router and the ticket was raised by me 3-4 days later then it was collected. Still there’s not a single update on both tkt IDs. Please help me getting my money back.
