Dear sir/madam
We have a landline connection and the number of the connection is 03340724486 and along with the same we have a broadband connection i.e 033100777637_dsl.. when lockdown was implemented on 24th March no bill was outstanding till date but internet and telephone connection was suspended from that date only.. and till now all the services has been suspended from airtel but every month the bill is getting generated and no service has been provided.. so my question if the services was and still is suspended then why the bill is getting generated.. we are moving to consumer forum regarding this fraud..
