I requested a service of my RO. I preferred time schedule for 2.7.23 before 12 pm or either after 5 pm to technician sh vivek.
Vivek came 3 pm i was out of station so vivek argued me n say karwana h to krwa lo hum appk hisab s ni chlng or thk krn m hi aaunga or koi ni aayga baad m ni aaunga like that some words. I choosen my time for service as on my availability. I purchased on behalf of ur service. My Ro service payment advanced done for a year. Now such type of behavior of ur technician is not affordable for me. I think i choosen wrong company. I dont wants to no longer part for this Ro. Kindly reimburse my RO advance payment. I will see on behalf of customer in consumer court. If u cant give service as on my availability and on my comfert then what is the mean of purchased. So my humble request u to resolve my issue as soon as possible. Till date complaint not resolved. Complaint no ID JS-23070201211104
