I have been trying to connect to internet on my laptop using my mobile hotspot however it is very slow and I did run a speed test but it is stuck on download speed and it is not giving me the complete speed test result.
I have raised a complaint and the complaint and the Service Request Number is C4GSP30716036654
However the customer executive told me that it will take 27th of July to resolve this issue. I want to know the reason for such long delay in resolving the issue.
I have an important meeting today and I’m not able to connect to it because of my slow internet connection.
I request you to look into the issue and resolve it ASAP as it is effecting my work.
