sir, with respect to the Service Request No.:1AL6J9UC. I want my money back which paid till 2021. Due to bad service, I requested to cancel connection and refund..the same is (I.e., disconnection and refund of amount) confirmed by mail from tatasky on 25/01/2019. Accordingly the service was disconnected on same day 16/01/2019 at 3 pm… but till today I have not got the my money back.. pls refund my money
