I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service-related problem of DIZO GO PODS NEO. I have submitted it to the service center almost 4 months ago as the pods were not working fine, but still no response. The customer care representatives are also not receiving my calls or answering my emails.
This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have paid a good amount of money for product and I expect it to function properly and to receive timely and courteous service in case of any issues.
