I am using a Jio Fiber, I have requested for installation of setup box, installation should be done defaultly but unfortunately it did not happen. So I have placed a service request that should be resolved in one day even though it has been not addressed, on top of it the ticket has closed without resolving the issue. Followed many tes with the local team over still no reappnse
