Hi my number is 9892833837, I called n chose to speak in English the supervisor kept on speaking in hindi. Placed my call on hold end number od time which should lack of knowledge , was repeating same unwated info . Supervisor name bakti korde. Very bad experience. My issue, I recharge for 3 month n this is on going issue every time I recharge. I should get unlimited talk time but my balance gets deducted every time . Your ivr said offer valid till 20th nov. So I decided to recharge today’s . But was told that my recharge was till 19th n I gor charged for my call.bakti said she does not have info on y my money is getting deducted apart for yesterday call which as per ivr I was not supposed to be charged. Bakti did not help . I told her the same thing happened last time n after checking they refunded the money. I don’t know whether to trust ur recharge plan which says 509 for 92 days or ur automated system which gives wrong validity or ur dumb supervisor. .. if I don’t get a resolution I am thinking of choosing another service provider. Bad service.
