I am a JIO consumer and want a change my service provider from JIO to Airtel for that I have been to the Airtel branch at Kankurgachi Kolkata with the UPC number which is provided by TRAI. But the sales man who stood at the gate told me that portability is only possible if I take a Post paid SIM. And even the sales man let me stood at the gate and not allowed me to entry in the shop. When I asked him to let me speak with your shop manager he told he is busy in meeting.
It’s a very pathetic service experience when companies are spending million of dollars for training and service prepositions.
At the same time when your marketing team is advertising for Zero complaint approach, I think you should rethink your service standards.
