I have placed complaint for speed issue ,it’s been 4 days they did not give me any update.
im in 300mbps plan but I get speed of only 15 to 20mbps.
Customer care also not that helpful.
The service manager from jio his name is John(Coimbatore city), he speaks to the customer very rude.
