I had taken selected channel for my VC no.02810680136 earlier which was having switch off date of 03/02/2022 and suddenly today unwanted pack got activated without informing customer and everything messed up. When I tried talking to customer service my call was attended bt clarification was not provide I want my return back or reactivate my VC with earlier pack. If not then I’ll file case to consumer forum about it.
