Their internet is on again off again since last 4-5 days, upon first complaint they said they have bulk outage in my area, which took 24 hours to resolve, after 1 day again they had bulk outage of services and internet was not working, this lasted for again 24 hours, now their internet is again down due to same reason. I had to cancel my few meetings and can not upload my work files because mobile data does not have that of good speed. I called their customer support and someone named Jagruti and Falguni talked very rudely and said we can not do any thing as this is technical issue, they even can not give me tentative timeline and even attacked me by saying that your internet was not down completely for 3 days we gave you few hours of internet, like they were providing free internet services.
GTPL is completely unprofessional when it comes to customer service.
