I have taken AMC (Valid upto 23 Apr 2024) from Eureka forbes and when we have requested for services on Eureka fobes Request No. CM-020423-8020336 Dt. 02.04.2023. Niether they are providing services since last 10 days nor they are ready to refund the AMC amount . I am bound to purchase water from the market.
This is not justice for customer.
