Hi my phone was updated then its off because of the bug they provided then i went service center on 5th of nov they told10 days working time give a deadline on of 16 but they didnot repair after i raise complaint through poco customer care they told again 10 days time its over on 29 nov still i didnot get my phone and even they did not provide alternate phone please help me to get justice.
