I have purchased a Panasonic 27 L Convection microwave oven vide order id OD11363807211316000 dated 14th October 2018 with 2 years extended warranty vide  Invoice Number # EAAAAB-00756959 (invoices are enclosed)

I have requested for service of the same product dated 20th Jan 2021 on flipkart as well as jeeves customer support (Claim ID CLJP20012100085) but till date my product is not repaired and parts used by the jeeves technicians are not genuine.
I have tried to communicate then so many time but they are not responding on the same
