I have responded to both of you ( see emails screen shots below) and still have not heard any response other than ‘we will get back to you’ since Jan 2020.
This only shows your lack of competence and inability to handle my case and I need you fix this ‘as soon as possible’.
Please do the following
- Resolve this simple issue by Re-issuing a new sim card to my mailing address
- change the plan to 99/- monthly
Until pending issue is fixed, I am not paying my rental charges
