this is regarding my postpaid No7702801876 …neither restarted nor working on network Although the bills are still generating . My existing mob number was in safe custody and under processing of PostPaid to PrePaid conversion since 16 Sep 2018 to 14 Dec 2018 when I got replaced the SimCard activated with the same number …worked for some hours and dead again….However I have been mailed for a Outstanding bills of Rs 2100 only !!! However , I had paid in Sep 2018 and later in Oct 2018 before porting of PrePaid conversion …!! And also my payment details are not updated by the Airtel Stores instead of repeated requests..!
Im here for your good response after examination of my case …Let me either to convert the PostPaid into PrePaid or Atleast restart the services on mob number 7702801876
