Installation has not been done even after 8 working days. I was assured for the service within 3-7 working days as per airtel’s company rules. I made several requests and complaint for making me avail the installation. Payment of 2829 has already (prepaid) been done from my end. I’m attaching a copy of payment details. I need my money back now as well as want strong action monetary + imposition of suations over the company such that they could never be able to cheat anyone in future. Kindly help me with my problem.
