I am using airtel postpaid connection since March 2020. Rather to say I have upgraded prepaid to postpaid. But I am not getting any network and internet connection. I have reported this matter several times to the concerned authority of airtel. They have failed to troubleshoot. Last month I told them to cancel the postpaid service. They told me it has been done. Now it has come to my notice that they have not done so and still sending me bills. This is not decent of them to not providing me service and still charging me. Customer care service is of no use ss it is not reachable (they don’t have option to talk to them most of the time).I want refund.
