Text of Complaint by Jamila Nair:

My first complaint was that Netflix app was not working for the last 3 months after paying for it. But now, from 7th July, no OTT app is working. Complained repeatedly with no response. Jio takes the complaint and after a day marks it as resolved. Want refund of services not provided.
