My Ola Electric scooter has been experiencing issues driving issues and going to park mode all of sudden, since 15-20 days. On 16th Nov 2023 I promptly reported this issue to OLA customer support through the Ola Electric app Complaint ID:#500Ny00000zcVIJAY (# 001143369). However, without visiting they simply close the ticket again i raise complaint ID:#500Ny0000047P31IAE (# 001186800) to my surprise again they close it with out any resolution. I called multiple time to the call support they are not providing a proper solution. I have raise a new ticket ID:#500Ny0000049KTSI2 (# 001197442)
