I have got fixed the side stand of Ola electric Scotty and the stand got half broke the very next moment I reached to home. I have complained regarding the same on the next visit to the store but the service person was on week off so I had to leave back to home and while I was on the way to home the stand got completely broken in the middle of the road because the stand had sensor so that once it is closed only then we can drive the vehicle even I was not able drive till home I had to drag it and I have raised the complaint on Friday 23/06/2023 and they asked me to wait for 72hrs after that I have contacted them on 26/06/23 as I was not getting any confirmation email or any intimation about my complaint so they told me wait till end of the day. However the service didn’t take place I placed a call on 27/06/23 and they told me that your ticked as been closed I told the how could that be as no service was provided how the ticket can be closed the complaint no. 5079459. First I was completely angry upon the situation but the customer service gave me assurance please wait for another 24hrs we will figure this out and provide you the service and assured me the service and today 28/06/2023 it’s already been 24hrs no call, no intimation, no appointment. So I had to call them back and asked them to check the complaint and first executive told me it’s just been 24hrs and you need to wait till 24hrs and I had to shout at them because the was not acceptable and she had not done any background check of the issue and just told me 72hrs and disconnected the call without informing me and after that same thing happened and I had to call them again I have gave the complaint no : 5120213 to them which was raised again on 27/06/2023 as previous complaint was closed without any valid reason and informed to check them and just while talking to the customer service obviously I was irritated because of the pathetic service from one week and disconnecting my calls and the last caller as disconnected . No where else I have option to raise the complaint so i had come here for justice so that I can get the service and be justified for the humiliation happened to me by the Ola electric team
