“Transaction amount debit ho gaya hai, lekin service/coins/items receive nahi hue. Merchant/game support se contact kiya, lekin proper resolution nahi mila. Bank aur NPCI par bhi complaint raise ki, par abhi tak refund ya confirmation nahi aaya. Kripya transaction verify karke amount refund ya service provide karayi jaye.”
