I recently got weird experience towards flipkart for my order. I Was having trouble with seller for faulty product service. When I contact with Boult audio regarding Boult Audio BassBuds Loop Wired Headset which i was bougt from Flipkart on 30-8-2020. They write me mail and told me you courier the product to Delhi we will resolve your problem. The cost of product is 350 and courier charges is 150 for Delhi from my location. Flipkart is not responsible for any service related issues. When I explained my query they was trying to play with me in words. When I correct him he had no answer for my query and he straight way disconnect my calls 3 times on 26-6-220. This is very disappointing.Really it’s annoying why it happens to me, but no improvement. Fed up with flipkart really.
My issue is simple why Flipkart sell products like such company which are not providing service.
