I purchased a washing machine from Amazon on 2nd August, and its installation was scheduled on 6th August but the technician didn’t show up, I called the customer service, they told that it will resolved in 2 days but it was not done, then again I called them they said the same thing, I have called them 5 times till now and all they say is we are either raising an escalation or a trouble ticket. Now they are saying I have no option other then to wait. The customer service head was not cooperating at all. Request you to help me out as the machine is not installed yet and it has been more than 15 days.
