My name is Khushi Bansal .I have ordered One Beast industry largest display 1.69″ smartwatch – gold Fire Boltt smart watch on 01.10.2022 through Myntra app . While receiving the product was in working condition.But after 2 month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged my complaint on fire Boltt customer care numbers on 1 December 2022 and also in their email id . I got reply back the product will be replaced after checking the defective product, but they have not picked the product yet also I was told that it may again take around 10 to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 20 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they didnt reply for my watch replacement and no replacement have been done till now.And no one is picking up my call in the fire Boltt company . I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative.
