I had recharged with Rs 399 to 9591399369 on 12th April 2019. However after successful transaction the recharge was not activated. Contacted Bharathi airtel to find that the merchant has not received the money for recharge. Received the email to that effect and forwarded to Paytm through messageĀ and complaint number generated as 118896669 on 14th April. Repeated attempts to get clarification failed and issues not resolved.
