Text of Complaint by Sunil Kumar Sharma:

This is in reference to Order ID: 202205293358543 registered today morning at 09:00 A.M. with Gomechanic. We had to travel today and we got car wash service booked with them . The call centre person asked us to pay Rs 100/- before service using a link sent by them for quicker service as we wanted our car back on time. We did all that. We were assured that the car would be picked up shortly and Mr Kamal was assigned as service partner. When we spoke to him, he simply refused and said you have been misguided by our call centre and that he can’t pick up our car. He said that our money would be refunded.We again contacted customer care, they assured that complaint has been taken and things would be resolved soon but nothing has happened till now when more than 3 hours have gone. Now suddenly we received a message that pre-booking amount Rs 100 has been refunded.It’s very unethical and we were mislead by the company.We didn’t take local support trusting a brand and they cheated us.
