This is with regards to my Jiofibre service. I did recharged on 21/9/20 with 1400+ (with Service Tax upto 1700) to avail Netflix & other apps. Till date I called your customer care almost 10 times and my issue was not resolved. I don’t get to see Netflix app in my TV and in Jio store. I call your customer care. They said complaints were raised and asked me to wait for 3days & few said by evening issue will be resolved & few said within 1 to 2hrs this will be resolved. But till date problem was not resolved. Everytime i get a response please rate your response i always gave 5 and good feedback and this time i gave them 0 rating because they disconnected my call. The most utter part is one of your executive disconnected my call in 3mins. He asked me for 1min hold 3/10/20 and placed me on hold for 3+mins and then disconnected my total call duration was 4 to 5mins. What a worst service. When i called back again. Please listen to the service how they provide response to customers they disconnects the call. If this is what the service you give to your customers. I work for Telecom industry and i don’t give this kind of service to customers. This is utter most bad response i had from your customer care. It’s been 15days my issue is still not resolved and they don’t even have knowledge what is the issue is off.
