We have booked bus ticket from Brahampur to Chennai in Makemytrip website for 06.09.2021 Boarding Time 11.30PM. We paid the amount Rs.10,335 (Ten Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Five) through HDFC Bank Debit Card by online. But the bus was not come up to 3 AM 07.09.2021. We called the bus operator and he is not attend the call and he didn’t response. Then we catch some bus and come to Chennai. We have complained to makemytrip customer care. But they disconnect the call and sent a link through message. we connect the link and given complaint. But after two days they have shown they dropped us in chennai like. They have cheated us and they have not return the money also. Kindly look in to the matter and resolve.
