I had raised a service request on 18 March for my water purifier for doing service. Many times I called for service and no response from technician and written so many escalation mail. Till today no one came to my house for doing service to Water Purifier. Due to this negligence of Eureka Forbes, my childrens were got sick for past three days, due to drinking the Eureka water purifier. Now we stopped drinking the water of this machine. Technicians are not bothering of customer request. Very very worst service from the Eureka Forbes technician. Please help me get good solution for my complaint sir/Mam. I kindly request you to take severe action on this complaint. My complaint id CM-230423-8740871.
